I’m an architect and passionate photographer. Since childhood I’ve always taken my camera along to capture images from environments which surround us in our every day life, but taken out of their context by focussing only on a detail or odd angles, thus showing interesting interactions, that are often lost or unnoticed by the bigger image, between structures, colours, materials, textures, light and darkness, rhythm…My love for travel gives me plenty of opportunity to capture beautiful places and moments.

A handmade novelty wheat toy for her daughter inspired Julie Allen to create MOOPS and hoops. All items are handcrafted lovingly with cotton, wool felt, embroidery, wheat, lavender and some origami techniques. Our range – daisy headbands, heat-mee’s, alpha cushions, wall designs….. You will find a little piece of us infused in every piece!
