cube and space holders maintain and observe their own stock levels and keep their own inventory
- cubes and spaces are the holders own to decorate and manage, their stock is theirs to tag, we provide barcodes
what we can offer you
- we will do our best to sell you, promote you, get your name out there, and tell people what we know about your product
- we will pay you on time, contact you if your cube sells out in a day or over a weekend
- we will provide barcodes for your work and keep an excel record
- we will maintain the space, advertise regularly and tell people about your work
- we hold regular social events for you to network
- we can do tax invoices, receipts and regular group email updates
- we will always find new ways to grow this, evolve and beautify this space
- we are your agent and we endeavour to represent you well
what we can't offer you
- individual inventory or regular updates via internet or phone IE; sending you /or calling you with stock reports during the day
- you are entitled to ask us for your sales record via email on the 12th of every month
- please do not call asking for detailed info over the phone in regards to your sales or stock levels (excluding interstate participants on a tuesday)
- during the day we are here to serve your customers and to focus 100% on selling your goods
- it's up to you to manage/maintain your stock and to run your own inventory
- we cannot offer you storage space for packaging and/or extra stock (excluding interstate participants) if you have bags/packing materials, written work about your items; they will need to live in your cube or be attached to your rack

- you may like to allocate a person from victoria to maintain, keep inventory and manage your space

pay in.cube8r a small monthly maintenance/bookkeeping fee, provide ‘reply paid’ self addressed envelopes and boxes for returning goods and ongoing mail

- please keep an inventory list for your items and send us a copy to document your barcodes against
if you do not have a victorian contact person your $10 maintenance/bookkeeping fee will be added onto your monthly rental which is also inclusive of GST
- your cube / space comes empty
- please provide all props, business cards etc
you may like to make a pretend cube at home and send us an image of how you would like your display to look. all the dimensions are on the website
