Christine of Celestial Closet creates wearable art to bring magic to the everyday, with designs inspired by fantasy, nature and adventure! Christine loves the process of designing for laser cutting, as it is a beautiful blend of art and technology. All Celestial Closet pieces are laser cut and produced in-house from Christine’s home studio with the help of her two laser cutting machines!

I create my wearable art designs to transport my customers to a world of fantasy and magic – to worlds of their own imagination. Timeless pieces that can go with you on a journey, and encourage exploration and start conversation. Some of the Celestial Closet designs include pieces inspired by Chinese (Cantonese) celebrations, traditions and foods – customers can proudly wear and display artworks that reflect their own cultural background and evoke shared memories and experiences.

Process

All earring findings and necklace chains used in Celestial Closet pieces are hypoallergenic 304 or 316 grade stainless steel in either natural silver tone, or vacuum plated gold tone. These are chosen for longevity so you can enjoy many magical adventures with your new wearables.
