Lauren is a painter who is exploring what it means to be a woman, via her own life experiences and feelings. In her practice, she tries to be as open as possible as she believes it feels like a breath of fresh air when she does so.
Lauren Cameron or Wavey Abs is a visual artist who has been painting for pretty much as long as she can remember. About 2 years ago is when it hit her that it’s what she needed to be doing in life. That’s when she started to put it above anything else and is so thankful she has done so. Lauren has built her art practice up a lot from there. Not only in personal style growth but also in having solo shows and showcasing her work at artist markets. Also recently she did her first-ever mural commissions. Lauren has also discovered an extreme love for pottery and is in the process of combining both practices to create a unique style. Her current plan is to continue to pursue pottery well into the future and hopefully study it.
