Lola Kalinski-Digaletos’ ceramic pieces explore myths, ghost stories and fairy-tales.
Lola studied RMIT’s BAIM ( Bachelor of Animation and Interactive Media). She loves to make things that she would have been fascinated by as a child including tiny, magical, ghostly creatures. She studied ceramics while living in Scotland, where she learned about different clay and glazing techniques. She does not use moulds or transfers in her work, so whichever piece you hold in your hands is unique, hand-built and one of a kind.
