September 7 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Kokedamas are a style of Japanese Bonsai. Loosely translated, “koke” means moss and “dama” means ball. They are a unique and creative way of displaying indoor plants. Not only do they add some greenery to your work or living space, but they have many health benefits and are very low maintenance.
Learn how to make your very own kokedamas (one small and one medium) in a relaxed and fun workshop. Things can get messy so dress appropriately. All materials, including the plants for you to choose, are all provided.
Each participant will take home two wonderful kokedama!

@mama.kokedama began in early 2018 when Jasmine, a Melbourne Mama and plant enthusiast attended a kokedama-making workshop. She began making kokedamas as presents for family and friends. After her first mini-market sold out, she decided to pursue this as her side hustle, whilst working part-time and chasing around a toddler. @mama.kokedama kokes are available at a variety of markets and a number of unique gift
stores including in.cube8r Fitzroy!
