“So many times I have driven past this Art deco building watching the graffiti get heavier and heavier each time. One day I decided to parked nearby and took the opportunity to click away and then turn into a art piece. Its not even been a year since I painted this and its already changed with more and more layers of tags and graffiti. This building has quite and interesting history, one of which being home to ‘scarfy’, a bloke who sold hand knitted footy scarfs out his window to folk walking to the MCG.”
