Black Onyx: The noble Onyx is a most ancient stone, known and utilised by even the earliest civilisations for its powerful energy and sombre beauty.  This crystal is a stone of happiness, good fortune, strength and thought to bring balance and self-control.  It is very good for people under extreme emotional or mental stress.  It connects you with the realm of the night, where your true self can be found.  Onyx is also a stone of protection, and its purpose is to help prevent the drain of personal energy; while at the same time absorbing and transforming negative energy.  Black Onyx is associated with the base chakra and grounding in crystal healing. Lapis Lazuli: Encourages self-awareness, allows self-expression and reveals inner truth, providing qualities of honesty, compassion and morality to the personality. Stimulates objectivity, clarity and encourages creativity. Lapis Lazuli assists to confront and speak one’s truth and inspires confidence.  Associated with the Third Eye and Throat Chakras. Howlite: It is one of the “attunement stones” which link the user to higher spiritual consciousness.  Howlite is a lovely stone to use when needing to reduce anxiety, tensions and stress. Howlite can be used to facilitate awareness, encourage emotional expression and assist in the elimination of pain, stress and/or rage.  Associated with the Crown Chakra.

Macrame & semi-precious gemstone jewellery

Halina creates macrame jewellery with semi-precious gemstones. Her story began in 2007 when she came across a DVD of the Bellydance Superstars and fell in love with bellydancing, specifically Tribal Fusion Bellydance. Fascinated with the jewellery the women wore, the desire to learn silver-smithing and to create this style of jewellery started to grow within her. In 2015 Halina decided to pursue macrame jewellery making after becoming inspired by a friend wearing a very simple macrame bracelet. Through lots of practice, trial and error as well as watching many Youtube tutorials; she presents these pieces to you. She hopes to combine both disciplines of jewellery making in the near future for everyone to enjoy.
