Bumblebee Friend Greeting Card By Empty Seedling

Who doesn’t love a fuzzy little bumblebee collecting pollen for his hive? Bees are not only adorable but play a crucial role in the environment.  Did you know bees are most attracted to purples, violets, and blues?

I originally photographed this bumblebee on a trip to New Zealand in 2015. Just last year I created the drawing using Faber Castel Polychromos coloured pencils on Rising Stonehenge 250gsm paper.
