A sterling silver plain band featuring two beautiful pieces of freeform sterling silver. The golden cup design was created by melting the sterling silver and then dropping the molten metal in water creating freeform cups. The Golden cups have then been treated to a luscious 24kt gold plating. Also inside the larger Golden cup is a solid 9ct gold ball.

About Sterling Silver Jewellery
Sterling silver is defined as metal alloy consisting of 92.5% by weight of pure silver ( which in this state is too soft & malleable for use in jewellery design ) and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The copper makes the silver much more durable & easy to work with. All sterling silver used in my work has been reclaimed & is sustainable. Reclaimed sterling silver is where old or broken pieces of jewellery have been taken & impurities removed from the alloy & it is reused.
Product care: Please do not spray perfume or any lotions on to the silver, do not wear during sport, showering, swimming or sleeping. Clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth.
