Recycled Acrylic Earrings: Discs in Yellow by Oh Pluto

In stock

SKU REC-48-02 Category

These beautiful one-of-a-kind earrings are made from 100% rescued and recycled acrylic plastic scraps and offcuts. What a brilliant way to help reuse plastic waste for a more sustainable future!

These pieces are made by melt pressing acrylic scraps together into flat sheets, then laser cutting shapes out of them.

You will receive the exact pair of earrings as shown in the first image.

These earrings feature a pair of 32mm discs hanging on 25mm diameter stainless steel hoops.

All recycled jewellery is laser cut from small melt pressed acrylic sheets and therefore any particular design is extremely limited.

All metal earring components are stainless steel.

The earrings come mounted on a sturdy Eucalyptus Plywood card so you can keep them safely organised!

The second image shows an example of the earrings being worn for sizing purposes.

Due to the nature of the recycling process there may be defects in the surface and edges of the acrylic pieces such as gaps and notches, as well as a variability in the acrylic thickness.
